You can unlock doors remotely via Accesia app if:
You’re an admin at the door’s site and remote unlock has been enabled in the door’s behavior settings
You’re a user with access to the door, and remote unlock has been enabled for all users with access in the door’s behavior settings

Go to the Access tab where all doors you’re able to unlock remotely are listed. Expand the list to full height if needed
If you’re allowed to remote unlock doors on more than one site, select the relevant site in the upper right corner of the list
Find the relevant door in the list and tap the lock icon button 🔒
Tap Unlock in the confirmation
When the door has successfully unlocked, the lock icon button 🔒 will turn green and show an unlock icon 🔓
If you don’t have access to the door at this time, an alert will notify you that the unlock failed
The door will unlock for the duration specified in the door’s behavior settings. Read more about door behavior
