Test your hardware with ease with Accessia Installer

Accessia Installer makes hardware testing, commissioning, and reporting easy. The app guides you through all hardware tests, let you commission with one click, and then automatically generates a commission report

Downloading Accessia Installer

1. On an Android device (tablets are strongly recommended), download Accessia Installer from the Play Store

2. Enable Bluetooth and location services on your device

3. Allow Accessia Installer to use Bluetooth and location services on your device. We use these to connect with the hardware during testing and commissioning

4. Log in to your Accessia account. If your account is associated with multiple organizations, select the organization you want to test and commission hardware for

Testing a device with Accessia Installer

1. Go to the site where you want to test hardware and locate the device you want to test. Devices that are not fully tested are orange on the floor plan

Always test Hubs before testing connected doors

1. When you're onsite and close to the device you want to test, open Accessia Installer

2. Click on the relevant floor in Accessia Installer and locate the device on the floor plan

3. Click on the device

4. In the bottom right corner, click View tests

If Accessia Installer doesn't connect with the device, move closer to the device and try again

1. Accessia Installer will guide you through all tests. Stay close to the device while running the tests

2. When a device has passed all tests, it will show as purple on the floor plan

Commissioning a Hub with Accessia Installer

1. Go to the site where you want to test hardware and locate the Hub you want to commission. Fully tested but uncommissioned hardware is purple on the floor plan

Commissioning a Hub will automatically commission all doors linked to it. You can't commission doors individually

1. When you're onsite and close to the Hub you want to commission, open Accessia installer

2. Click on the relevant floor in Accessia Installer and locate the Hub on the floor plan

3. Click on the Hub

4. In the bottom right corner, click Commission

If Accessia Installer doesn't connect with the device, move closer to the device and try again

1. Confirm Commission

2. Your Hub and all connected doors are now commissioned and will show as green on the floor plan
