Enabling support access

Sometimes Accessis Support may need access to your account to troubleshoot any issues. To enable temporary access for Accessia Support:

1. Click the question mark button next to your profile picture in the upper right corner

2. Click on Allow temporary access and then Allow

You can remove Accessia Support access to your account at any time by clicking Revoke access now
