# Enabling support access

Sometimes Accessis Support may need access to your account to troubleshoot any issues.\
\
To enable temporary access for Accessia Support:

1. Click the question mark button <i class="fa-question">:question:</i> next to your profile picture in the upper right corner
2. Click on **Allow temporary access** and then **Allow**

You can remove Accessia Support access to your account at any time by clicking **Revoke access now**
