Connecting locks
For locks with their own power supply, use the dry terminals. These are implemented using a single-pole-double-throw relay and are electrically isolated from the rest of the system (including the other locks). The dry contacts are rated to a maximum of 5A and 30 VDC (Figure 1)

For locks without their own power supply, use the wet outputs. These switch power directly to the lock, using either 12 VDC or 24 VDC. Select the voltage using the slide switch on the Hub. Note that Channels 1 and 2 must use the same lock voltage and, similarly, Channels 3 and 4 must use the same lock voltage. Do not supply 24V to a lock that is intended for 12V as this may damage the lock. A red warning indictor adjacent to the wet terminals lights up whenever 24V is selected for the lock (Figure 2)

Set the slide switch on the Hub to match the mode of lock that has been connected: either power-to-lock (fail safe) or power-to-open (fail secure)
