Power status indicator
A white indicator on the front panel of the Hub shows the Hub’s power status
Indicated behavior
Meaning
Off
No power or booting
Solid on
AC power and battery OK
Flashing slow
AC power loss
Flashing fast
Battery fault
System STATUS indicator
A red indicator labeled STATUS on the module inside the Hub shows the Hub’s system status

System fault
System faults indicated by flashing slow include:
Failure to communicate with a Reader – check the Reader and its wiring
Reader tampering detected – check the Reader
Bad battery temperature – check the battery and its thermistor connection
Battery close to being exhausted – connect AC power as soon as possible
To view details of the fault, check the system health report in Accessia Installer app or Accessia Portal
CLOUD status indicator
A blue indicator labeled CLOUD on the module inside the Hub shows the Hub’s cloud connection status
Indicated behavior
Meaning
Off
No power or booting
Solid on
Cloud connection OK
Flashing one second on, one second off
Cloud connection lost
Flashing one second on, two seconds off
Cloud connection lost, Hub not commissioned
Flashing twice every two seconds
Cloud connection OK, Hub not commissioned
If the indicator is flashing slow, check the network connection from the Hub to the local area network and from the local area network to the internet
