Intruder alarm interface
The intruder alarm interface has two inputs and one dry output
The inputs can only be connected to isolated switch (or relay) contacts. Do not connect them to a power supply. A loop resistance greater than 500 kOhms will be interpreted as Open and a loop resistance less than 500 Ohms will be interpreted as Closed
The dry output is implemented using a single-pole-double-throw relay and is electrically isolated from the rest of the system. The dry output is rated to switch a maximum of 5A and 30 VDC
You can configure the interface in Accessia Installer app
For buildings that include an intruder alarm supporting this feature, the Hub output AUX 3 OUT can be used to toggle the state of the intruder alarm (set or unset)
The AUX 3 IN input should be driven by the intruder alarm to indicate its current state (set or unset)
The AUX 4 IN input should be connected to a set-request push button on the inside of the exit door
When the alarm is set and an authorized user presents their credentials at the entrance door, the alarm is automatically unset
When an authorized user exits the building and presses the set-request button, the alarm is automatically set as soon as the exit door closes behind them
